Tobie Norris, Stamford in Competition Finals
The Tobie Norris has made it through to the finals of the Great British Pub Awards organised by the licensed trade paper, the Morning Advertiser. It has been named the Best Freehouse in East Anglia and now goes through to the National Finals.

Oakham Ales Silver in Champion Beer of Britain
Oakham Ales Attila, that superb but dangerous 8% beer, originally brewed as a Festival Special for the 2003 Peterborough Beer Festival has just been declared runner up in the Supreme Champion Beer of Britain competition held at GBBF in London.

Grapevine is now open
Formerly HG's, the Grapevine opened on 3rd August selling Wells Eagle IPA and Youngs Special on handpump.

Decoy set for success
Decoy relaunch. The Decoy in Milking Nook near Peakirk is now under new management. Andy Simmonds and Barry Gilson have both been involved with the pub trade for a number of years and will no doubt make a success of the Decoy.
